How to Send an Email Reminder for Assigned Assessments.
There are a few places where a reminder can be sent to a vendor. This article will deal with three locations.
Controller Dashboard
First, select VENDORS from the menu.
It will automatically take you to the Dashboard.
Here you can see a list of Upcoming Reviews and Assessment Alerts. Locate the correct vendor and select Send Reminder.
Vendor Listing
First, select Vendor Management from the menu.
Next, select My Vendors
Locate the vendor with the assessment assigned. You can select Send Reminder underneath Assessment Status.
Submissions Inbox
First, select Vendor Management.
Next, select Inbox.
This will bring you to your Submissions Inbox. Here you can locate the vendor with the assigned assessment and select Send Reminder.
