How do I send another Set Password email for a new user?

Reset Password has failed or your reset link has expired.

To send another Set Password Email, locate the USER MANAGEMENT option in the menu on the left of your screen .




This will automatically open to User Administration.




On the User Administration page, locate the user who you wish to resend the Set Password link and select Modify Permissions.




On the Modify User page, you can confirm that the user's email is correct. If you needed to change the email, remember to select Update User at the bottom of the form.


Locate the Resend Set Password Email option on the right side of the page. This will resend the Set Password email to the user.





Alternatively, the user may use the Forgot Password option.
