Issue with printing an assessment?

If you are experiencing an issue with printing an assessment in uRISQ, this may be caused by a third-party extension installed in the browser. Extensions may be disabled by following the below steps for your browser.

Google Chrome

Locate the extensions button seen below and select Manage extensions, or navigate to chrome://extensions/ in your Google Chrome browser.

Here you will see your installed extensions. It is not recommended to uninstall or deactivate extensions under the Chrome Apps section. Instead, deactivate any extension in the top row until printing functionality returns.

Firefox

Locate the settings button or navigate to about:addons in your Firefox browser.

Select Extensions to see all extensions currently installed.

Select the blue toggle to deactivate the extension or select the options button to remove the extension from the browser.

Microsoft Edge

Locate the extensions button seen below and select Manage extension, or navigate to edge://extensions/ in your Edge browser.

Select the blue toggle to deactivate the extension or select the remove button to remove the extension from the browser.

If you are still experiencing an issue, please contact support at cpsupport@csrps.com.
