What are the different user roles?

User Management Roles.




  1. Global Administrator
    - Complete access to uRISQ.

  2. Billing User
    - May update Profile Information.
    - May view and export invoices.



  1. Application Manager
    - Complete access to every feature in the Vendor Management module.

  2. Standard User
    - Unable to alter the status of an assessment into a Verified or Declined state. 




  1. Application Manager
    - Complete access to every feature in the DSAR module.

  2. Standard User
    - May only see DSARs that have open tasks assigned to this user. These will no longer be visible to the user once they are completed.
    - May leave notes on tasks that have been assigned to them. These will be saved in the DSAR log. 
    - Unable to alter the DSAR settings on the DSAR Setup / Configuration form.




  1. Application Manager
    - Complete access to every feature in the Threat Scanning module.

  2. Standard User
    - May view completed Website scans.
    - May view completed Firewall scans.
    - Unable to alter the Threat Scanning settings on the Threat Scanning Settings / Configuration form.



  1. Application Manager
    - Complete access to every feature in the Privacy Assessment module.

  2. Standard User
    - There are currently no restrictions on Standard Users.


Note: If you wish to remove a user's access to a module, simply select the No Access option.
