What do the different options in the Status column mean?

The Different Status Options.


When looking at the DSAR Inbox, you will notice the Status column just in the center of the Inbox. This will have an assortment of options which will dictate what stage of the process the DSAR request is in.



This will help keep track of DSAR requests as they come in and ensure the process moves smoothly. Here are a few options and their meaning:

Request Sent - A verification request has been sent by Evident ID to the email provided by the data subject. 

In Progress - ID was either verified and accepted, or the ID was not able to be verified. The DSAR hasn't been completed or closed, and will remain open until the administrator changes the status.

Completed - DSAR request was completed and placed in the Archived section.

Closed: [Reason Code] - The DSAR request was unable to be completed for any reason.
