What if there is a Vendor with the same name but it is located in a different state or country than the Vendor I use?

Set different locations for the Vendors. Vendor Management allows you to add multiple Vendor's with the same name so long as their location is different. This is an example of two Vendors, both named New Vendor 1, with different locations. 


To accomplish this, while adding a new Vendor pay close attention to the Vendor Location (Country) and Vendor Province sections of the Add Vendor form.


So long as the Vendor Name, Vendor Location (Country), and Vendor Province do not match a previous entry, then the Vendor can be added.
