Who should be allowed to submit a DSAR?

Legally Mandated vs Any Jurisdiction


On the DSAR Setup / Configuration page, you can decide whether you want to allow DSARs from any jurisdiction, or only accept requests from jurisdictions that are legally required. 



What this simply means is if your organization is willing to process DSARs from countries or territories that you're not legally required, which can drastically increase the amount of DSARs that would need to be processed. Otherwise, your organization will only need to service those requests that it is legally mandated.
