Why can't I add or edit assessments using my phone?
Vendor Management does not support filling out assessments on mobile devices.
Assessments take time and thought. In order for a productive and efficient user experience, Vendor Management was designed so that assessments can be completed on desktop workstations or laptops. When attempting to edit an assessment with a smaller screen device, you will experience this warning:
You may close this warning and continue with adding or editing assessments, though the user experience will be degraded by using a mobile device. It is highly recommended to stick with landscape mode during this time to minimize any potential errors caused by lower screen resolution.
