Why can't I edit an Assessment?

An Assessment Defines Ownership.

If a Controller edits an assessment, then there isn't an accurate review of the assessment. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to complete the assessment, and the responsibility of the Controller to review said assessment. Vendor Management does not allow a Controller to edit an assessment so that everything remains accurate based on initial entry. The focus in accuracy to benefit both the Controller and Vendor.
