Why can't I see my uploaded header?
Uploaded Header Not Appearing.
On the DSAR Setup / Configuration page you have the option
of uploading your company logo to be at the top of your DSAR form. Some issues
can come up depending on the plugins or cached data in your browser. Here are
some quick fixes for those issues:
Remove Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on extension.
The Google Analytics Opt-out extension will cause a conflict
with the DSAR Setup / Configuration page, making it so an image cannot be
uploaded. Please ensure that this extension is disabled before continuing to
upload an image.
Clear Browser Cache
Another issue that can come up is the cached data in your browser. Please clear out your browser cache before trying to upload your company logo.
