Why is the Vendor Activity Log not editable?
A Matter of Defensibility.
The goal of the Vendor Activity Log is to provide an accurate overview of Vendor Activity. To ensure that accuracy is maintained, Vendor Management was designed so that once something has been recorded in the log, it is unable to be edited or modified.
